WHAT TO EXPECT

Each tryout session lasts 1.5 hours. We’re evaluating more than just your baseball skills—we want to see how you compete, respond to coaching, and carry yourself as a teammate.

We’ll evaluate:

• Hitting

• Fielding (infield & outfield)

• Throwing 

• Base running (speed & instincts)

• Pitching 

• Catching 

• Overall athleticism, baseball IQ, and compete level

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for players who:

• Have a positive attitude and want to be coached

• Compete hard every rep

• Respond well to adversity and get right back to work

• Hustle, communicate, and are great teammates

 

WHAT TO BRING

• Glove

• Bat

• Helmet

• Catchers: Full catching gear

• Pitchers: Come ready to throw

• Water bottle

• Pre-registration is required.

Fall / 2027 Season Information:

​

• Fall ball games Sept-Oct, 6 weekend games

• 2 practices a week

• Uniforms: Players are required to purchase Legends practice shirt and jersey. 

• Fall Ball Fee: $600 

• Fall roster rolls directly into the Spring season

• Spring / Summer season begins March 1, 2027 

•  2-3 practices per week.

• Indoor practices held at D-BAT PDX West.

• 10 tournaments

• Program Fee: $3,750 includes off-season training (Nov-Feb) winter workouts!
